Hello and welcome! My name is Lisa Hack and I have a background in Communications, Human Resources and Finance and over twenty years accumulated coaching experience.
My current work was born out of my own experiences in the workplace as well as those of the companies I have worked with and from my employees. I have been listening to a chorus of dissatisfaction, lack of fulfillment, disillusion, boredom, anger and often times fear.
The ongoing cycle of poor job retention, performance and disengagement comes at a high cost.
I know there is a better way to do business.
I know people can have fulfilling and rewarding careers with purpose and I know that I want to help make that a reality.
I have developed a three-tier coaching platform; The Three Essential Pillars of Communication.
This platform is adaptable to serve the needs of both businesses and individual clients and it can be delivered both online and in person.
I designed the platform to meet you where you are at and to build you to where you would like to be.
