This training provides employees with a comprehensive understanding of their rights and responsibilities when it comes to workplace bullying. The focus of this training is on prevention in two units.

Define a safe workplace including Employer’s obligations and Employee’s rights.
What behaviours in the workplace are bullying and harassment and what are not.
Responding to bullying and harassment in the workplace.
