Management/Supervisory Level.

This training provides Employers, Managers, and Supervisors with valuable insight into the prevalence and diversity of bullying and harassment behaviours.

In this training you will explore:

  • What constitutes a bullying or harassing behaviour.

  • What are the costs.

  • What are your rights and responsibilities.

 

The main focus of the training is on prevention; many of these strategies when employed will also act to expose and eliminate bullying and harassment behaviours or practices in the workplace.

This training will develop:

  • Effective communication strategies.

  • Training specific to your workplace, culture and environment.

  • Practical plan for dealing with reported cases of bullying or harassment.

  • Effective means to combat bullying and harassment in your workplace.

 

Employee Entry Level Training

This training provides employees with a comprehensive understanding of their rights and responsibilities when it comes to workplace bullying. The focus of this training is on prevention in two units.

Having a safe workplace:

  • Define a safe workplace including Employer’s obligations and Employee’s rights.

  • What behaviours in the workplace are bullying and harassment and what are not.

Responding to bullying and harassment in the workplace.

  • From the employee’s point of view

  • Investigates common workplace practices

  • Practical steps an employee can take to protect themselves from bullying and harassment in the workplace.
