Workplace bullying and harassment can affect much more than our experience at work. It can impact confidence, well-being, relationships, and our sense of safety and control.
This workshop provides a safe, practical space to learn how to recognize workplace bullying and harassment, understand your responsibilities and options, respond when concerning behaviours occur, and begin moving forward after a difficult workplace experience.
In this workshop, you will learn to:
Recognize bullying and harassment behaviours and understand their potential impact
Understand the responsibilities of employees, supervisors, and employers
Identify healthy workplace boundaries and practical ways to strengthen them
Know what to do if you experience or witness bullying or harassment
Explore options for documenting and reporting concerning behaviour
Understand how to seek support and navigate difficult workplace situations
Recognize the importance of healing and rebuilding confidence after workplace bullying
This workshop is for you if you:
Have experienced bullying or harassment in the workplace
Have witnessed concerning workplace behaviour
Want to better understand your rights, responsibilities, and options
Want practical strategies for navigating difficult workplace situations
Support employees or colleagues who may be experiencing workplace bullying
